Meet the Experts
Laurie Dickinson Lee, Partner
Laurie Dickinson Lee, a native of the greater Chicago area, has been traveling her entire life to virtually every corner of the world. Laurie's extensive experience abroad provides her with the ability to relate with people of all cultures which has been a fundamental strength to the success of SPS. Laura has a strong knowledge of all facets and "red tape" involved in obtaining travel documents, and has earned the respect of her peers within the travel industry.
While living and working in Costa Rica and Panama, Laurie identified the vast market of American travelers needing help with their travel documents, particularly lost and expired passports and visas. Upon return to the U.S., Laurie founded SPS to arm her fellow travelers with the tools they need for their travels; both business and pleasure.
A graduate of the University of Montana, Laurie is broadening her presence in the travel and tourism industry, and is a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO). She is the winner of the NAWBO Chicago 2008 New Venture Award. Laurie expanded SPS to Houston, New York, and California, and hopes to expand SPS to Seattle in the near future. Laurie Lee is the primary manager for corporate accounts.

Rob Lee, Partner
Robert E. Lee, a native of Detroit, Michigan area was one of the key contributors to the birth of Swift Passport Services. Rob's diverse resume includes managing hotels in Central America and five years' experience as a wildland fire fighter in Montana. His diverse skill set and innovative approach to improving business has been imperative in promoting and growing Swift Passport. Rob is our logistical solution specialist at Swift Passport. He continuously saves trips for our clients and works tirelessly to make the impossible happen.
A graduate of Michigan State, Rob plans to continue his education as an entrepreneur and is an aspiring multiple business owner and philanthropist. He is currently working to cultivate synergistic relationships with various University Study Abroad Programs and Travel Professionals seeking help securing travel documents for their students and clients.

Mark Frazier, Chicago Passport and Visa Specialist
The Dean of Swift Passport Services, Mark Frazier has been in the passport and visa industry for almost 2 decades. Mark has seen it all and is a true expert when it comes to tough and unusual cases. Mark handles many of the passport and visa applications processed in Chicago and is a valued liaison who has strong relationships within the various consulates in Chicago.
Originally from New York, Mark has worked with and been trained by the top passport and visa specialists in the country. His has strong ties in New York and Chicago and also owns his own passport and visa expediting service.
Peter Michelich, Passport & Visa Consultant
Peter Michelich joined the organization in June of 2011 as a Passport and Visa Consultant. Peter's contributions to Swift Passport Services are as varied as his talents which he developed through various positions held within entrepreneurial and corporate environments. Peter has become a valuable addition to the business by managing daily business operations through Passport Agencies and Consulates in Chicago, while aiding in the development and execution of the overall business strategy.
A Business Marketing and Entrepreneurship graduate of Briar Cliff University, Peter continues to research and leverage new media technologies in order cultivate new industry relationships and improve processes within the business.
