Below are the Brazil business visa requirements for expediting a Brazil Business Visa through Swift Passport Services.

Step 1: Gather the Required Brazil Business Visa Items

Valid Passport

Submit your passport containing two blank facing visa pages. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from date of entry. If you do not have blank visa pages in your passport, Swift Passport can help you obtain extra pages or help you renew your passport; contact us for more information.  Please note that the last 2 pages in your passport ARE NOT counted as visa pages, those are amendment pages.

Completed Brazil Business Visa Request Form

Click on the following link https://scedv.serpro.gov.br/frscedv/index.jsp to fill out the online Brazil business visa request form.  When you access the above site, you may get the message "untrusted connection." This is because the security certificate was issued by a Brazilian chain and is not recognized by most browsers. Click on "I understand the risk" and "Add an Exception," wait a little bit and then click on "Confirm security exception." You will be redirected to the visa request home page. If this does not work, click on "Continue to this website (not recommended)," and you will be redirected to the visa request home page. Once you have filled out all of the fields, you can print a "receipt" like form that will have bar codes on it, and the emblem of Brazil at the top.  Print this page and sign your name inside the rectangle at the bottom of the page (not below the rectangle).

One Passport type Photo

Photo Requirements for Brazil Business Visa: Photo must have been taken in the last 6 months, be 2 inches by 2 inches in size, and have white background. Please face forward in your photo.

Option 1: email a photo to Swift Passport Services photos@swiftpassport.com using the following guidelines. Swift Passport will size and print your passport photos for a nominal fee of $15.

• Photo file needs to be attached to the email as a .jpeg file.  Other file formats cannot be properly formatted
• Have someone else take the picture of you; please do not send pictures you take of yourself.
• Please do not attempt to resize or format the photo in any way

Option 2: Obtain 1 passport photo from a passport photo service (Walgreens, CVS, FedEx, etc.).

Proof of Residence

A copy of your driver's license or state ID. If you do not have ID, a utility bill with your name and address can be used. Cable and cell phone bills are not accepted.

Letter of Authorization

Print and sign the Letter of Authorization.

Photocopy of Passport Information Page

A copy of the informaion page of your valid passport.  Must be completely legible.

Proof of Travel

Copy of round trip ticket, or itinerary from an air carrier or travel agent showing flight information and dates of departure to and from Brazil.

Letter of Invitation

Typically we can obtain your Brazil business visa without an invitation, contact us for more information.

A letter from the company which you are conducting business with in Brazil on company letterhead.  Must be signed by the management in charge of the area that the applicant intends to be in contact with, informing:

• Job position and job description of the contact person in Brazil;
• Assignment description and information about the end-purpose of the intended activities in Brazil (sales, purchases, coordination, auditing, etc.);
• Date(s) and place(s) of the meetings and information on periodicity, average length and assignment description of future trips, if any
• Financial responsibility for the trip, if applicable

Company Letter of Intent (Get Sample Letter)

• This letter should be written on company letterhead
• Name and Title of the visa applicant must be included
• Provide a detailed description of the business which will be performed in Brazil including a detailed timeline

Payment for Expedited Brazil Business Visa

There are 3 fees associated with this service that can be paid with all major credit cards or a money order

• Swift Passport Service Fee:  $75 for Normal Processing (Time Varies between Consulates, see below)

Step 2: Submit Your Brazil Business Visa Order
