Service time is measured by the number of business days that Swift Passport Services has your travel documents. Day 1 of the service begins the day we receive your documents if we receive them by 10:30 am. For example, if you choose a 5 day service and we receive your application materials at 10:30 Monday morning, the passport will be issued and shipped by Friday night. Failure to follow instructions typically causes a 1 day delay in service if you are able to work with Swift Passport to fix the problem in a timely manner. We highly recommend choosing a service that allows for you to receive your passport at least 2 days before your intended travel date.
