In June 2012, SPS relocated to 1 E Erie St in Chicago to be strategically located down the hall from the China Consulate. This move has allowed SPS to better accommodate the vast number of people needing assistance obtaining China visas. A 10-fold expansion in office space, plus bold colors, inviting energy, and airplane seating in the reception area, all set the stage for greater success and a comfortable environment for walk-in clientele to get assistance from a friendly and knowledgeable staff member. Meet the Experts
Laurie and Rob Lee, Partners
Laurie and Rob Lee initially met in the Montana fire community (he a wildland firefighter; she a fire biologist) in 2005. Since then, their lives have taken a series of intertwining entrepreneurial turns with incredible opportunities in Central America and the USA. Their biggest entrepreneurial achievement is the birth and growth of Swift Passport Services (SPS), a full service visa and passport expediting service based in the heart of Chicago with a network of partnerships nationwide that enables them to serve clients in all 50 states and U.S territories.
A native of Chicagoland, Laurie is a graduate of the University of Montana. Laurie establishes and oversees corporate accounts at SPS and oversees daily operations, making sure that all documents are in process at the right place and the right time in 7 different cities. Her specialties are Brazil and Russia visas, and the hard to take cases that other companies won’t touch.
Rob is a native of Detroit, and is a graduate of the Michigan State University. Rob is head of finance, and is the technology guru that keeps SPS ahead of the curve with their state of the art CRM and tracking system that allows them to manage thousand of documents at once without letting anything slip through the cracks. He is the go to for middle eastern visas and logistics.
Touched by a family member’s successful organ transplant experience, both are passionate about raising organ donor awareness and promoting the national donor registry – and acting on that passion. Laurie serves on Northwestern Memorial Hospital’s Transplant Advisory Council, and SPS has a unique partnership with the Gift of Hope. In 2013, SPS is implementing a breakthrough program never before seen in the industry – encouraging their Passport and Visa applicants to register as organ donors, just as the public now routinely does on drivers license applications.
Peter Michelich, Passport & Visa Consultant
Peter Michelich joined the organization in June of 2011 as a Passport and Visa Consultant. Peter's contributions to Swift Passport Services are as varied as his talents which he developed through various positions held within entrepreneurial and corporate environments. Peter has become a valuable addition to the business by managing daily business operations through Passport Agencies and Consulates in Chicago, while aiding in the development and execution of the overall business strategy.
A Business Marketing and Entrepreneurship graduate of Briar Cliff University, Peter continues to research and leverage new media technologies in order cultivate new industry relationships and improve processes within the business.

Mark Frazier, Chicago Passport and Visa Specialist
Mark Frazier has been in the passport and visa industry for almost 2 decades. Mark has seen it all and is a true expert when it comes to tough and unusual cases. Mark handles many of the passport and visa applications processed in Chicago and is a valued liaison who has strong relationships within the various consulates in Chicago.
Originally from New York, Mark has worked with and been trained by the top passport and visa specialists in the country. His has strong ties in New York and Chicago and also owns his own passport and visa expediting service.
