One copy will go inside the sealed envelope and one should be attached to the outside of the envelope. If there is not a SECOND copy of the Letter of Authorization sent to Swift with the sealed envelope, then your service will be delayed by at least one business day.
Both parents must provide a copy of FRONT & BACK of their current passport, valid driver's license, government ID, state ID, or Military ID. If sole custody has been established, ID from the parent without custody is not needed.

Note: many acceptance agents require a flight itinerary indicating that you are traveling in 2 weeks or less. If you do not have a flight itinerary showing that you depart in less than 2 weeks, we recommend calling the acceptance agent that you plan to visit to determine what they will accept in lieu of a flight itinerary (letter explaining travel, itinerary with proof of travel in more than 2 weeks, etc). Read more about proof of travel, and examples of what may be acceptable proof of travel on our blog before proceeding if you do not have a flight itinerary showing a departure date in the next 2 weeks.
