Swift Passport Services is a Chicago based U.S. Passport and international visa expediting company. We’re registered with the US Department of State and have regular access to all foreign consulates nationwide in eight major cities.
This Notice describes the information we collect from you, how we use that information, and our legal basis for doing so. It also covers whether and how that information may be shared and your rights and choices regarding the information you provide to us. By using the Services offered by Swift, you’re acknowledging you have agreed to our Terms of Service and that you’ve read and understood this Privacy Notice.
In order for you to use our Services, we need to collect and process certain information. Depending on your use of the Services, that may include: name, phone, and email. If you choose to engage our Services to place an order, then the user will be required to provide other information such as (but not limited to) Date of Birth, social security number, and home and work addresses to Government agencies and embassies/consulates. We use IP addresses and browser types to analyze trends, administer the site, improve the site performance and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.
In order for us to provide you with the Services you have requested, we will need to store certain information including but not limited to: name, email, phone, payment info, credit card information if requested, (credit card data is encrypted for your safety) billing address, and shipping address. Swift can access credit card information after you provide it in order to make any change requested by you, but after approximately thirty (30) days, Swift will no longer have access to the whole credit card number.
Certain other information may be stored internally for longer periods of time to comply with accounting and legal requirements. Such information, to the extent it is personally identifiable information, shall be encrypted and stored, and deleted when its storage is no longer required.

You may decline to provide us with your information. However, this will limit your ability to use our Services. For example, certain information is required by law to obtain a passport. If you decline to provide such information, Swift will not be able to complete your order.
We will retain your information as long as your account is active, as necessary to provide you with the Services or as otherwise set forth in this Notice. We will also retain and use this information as necessary for the purposes set out in this Notice and to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements and protect Swift’s legal rights. However, a third party such as Google AdWords or Google Analytics, Yelp, etc. Currently all information we use is stored indefinitely for similar reasons as stated above

When you request our services, we create a basic account for you that we only use internally. Your account page contains your name, email address, phone number and the date the account was created. Your account is private and is not accessible to the public. The data in your account is accessible to you by contacting us anytime with your request to update, change or delete information at email@example.com .

We may share your information with certain trusted third-party services to help us provide, improve, promote, or protect Swift’s Services, as well as those who assist us in providing advertising services.

We do reserve the right to disclose personal information when we believe that doing so is reasonably necessary to comply with the law or law enforcement, to prevent fraud or abuse, or to protect Swift’s legal rights, property, or the safety of Swift, its employees, users, or others.

We do not specifically target the collection of personal information from anyone under the age of 13 (or under the age of 14 for anyone living in Spain or South Korea) or knowingly allow any persons under the age of 18 to register for their own account with Swift. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under the relevant age without parental consent, we take steps to delete that information. Adults who seek to use Swift’s Services who have children must provide Swift with written consent to collect, process and store information such as (but not limited to) full name and date of birth of such children.
We are based in the United States of America and the information we collect is governed by U.S. law. By accessing or using the Services or otherwise providing information to us, you consent to the processing, transfer and storage of information in and to the U.S. and other countries, where you may not have the same rights as you do under local law.
California law permits users who are California residents to request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, a list of the third parties to whom we have disclosed their personal information (if any) for their direct marketing purposes in the prior calendar year, as well as the types of personal information disclosed to those parties.
