Guidelines for Completing the China Visa Application
- ALL SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS MUST BE UPLOADED to the online application system. Complete all the questions in the application form and provide all the requested uploads. After you have submitted the questionnaire, please ship your actual passport to the Swift Office. If you have a valid visa in an old passport, you will need to send that passport as well. No other documents need to be sent to our office!
Overview of process:
- After you have submitted the questionnaire, Swift will complete the official Chinese Online Visa Application for you.Â
- Swift will monitor the China Visa application process for approval from the Chinese Embassy/Consulate.Â
- Once the Embassy/Consulate approves the application, Swift will promptly submit your passport to the Embassy/Consulate for issuance.
- It is recommended to submit your application at least one month before your planned travel date, but no earlier than 90 days in advance. Processing times may be longer in special cases.
